Sequence of Appointments
Dental Implant Procedure in 5 Steps
Complimentary Consultation
Day 1The doctor, our team, and you will determine your needs, assess your oral health, review your medical history, and discuss treatment options. We’ll also take a 3D CT scan, discuss costs, financing options if necessary, and timing.
Smile Design Appointment
Can be the same day as Free ConsultationWe’ll take digital scans, bite scans, measurements, digital impressions, and create a photo-realistic 3D digitalization of your face and jaw area as well as make impressions of your teeth. This exam usually lasts around an hour.
Surgery Day
2 days to 1 week after Pre-Op ExamWe’ll start with a Complimentary Consultation appointment. Our Anesthesia Provider will administer IV Sedation. Teeth, if required, will be removed. A bone graft will be done if necessary. Implants are placed, a digital scan is taken, and your temporary, non-removable full-set of teeth are attached. You leave with your implanted teeth and a new smile!
Post-Op Evaluation
1 week following surgeryYou’ll come back to our office for a full evaluation to ensure proper healing, aesthetics, and functionality.
Deliver Final Prosthesis
3-6 months following post-op evaluationThe final restoration is permanently attached, and the doctor will give a final evaluation of your bite and aesthetics. You’ll leave with your new permanent smile and self-confidence, which you can enjoy for the rest of your life!
